HOUNSLOW proved a major draw on arguably the world’s biggest stage, according to the man leading the council’s regeneration drive
Brendon Walsh claimed developers were queuing up to get a slice of the action in Hounslow town centre and other key sites across the borough at last week’s MIPIM property conference.
Hounslow Council’s director of regeneration, economic development and environment was part of a three-person team representing the borough at the three-day fair in Cannes. He said 23 firms had expressed an interest in developing the car park beside ASDA in Hounslow town centre, known as Key Site One.
